This Blog site has been set up for members and leaders in the Pennsylvania CSC 4-H counties of Columbia, Lycoming, Mifflin, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder and Union in order ask questions about the "Climbing the Leadership Ladder" officer's books. These questions will be used to help determine what needs to be covered in the all-day officers' training to be held in the Spring of 2010.
